Billie-
These pictures of Holland and Eden are adorable. It's the love that you and John give to the girls that make their future bright.

What beautiful girls! I'm so glad I "accidentally" came across your blog. My twins were born at 27 weeks and your story was so, very familiar. My boys were born in February 2004. Charlie was 2lbs 5ozs and Matthew was a whopping 3lbs 1oz. Matthew is doing beautifully, meeting all of his developmental milestone (walking, etc). Charlie, on the other hand, suffered a Grade 4 IVH and subsequent PVL and Hydrocephalus. To make matters worse, he has a condition known as saggital cranialsynostosis (his skull sutures prematurely closed). Needless to say, he has had several surgeries. The last of which was a complete cranial reconstruction in January 2005. Please e-mail me if you want to swap stories. It's not that often that I find someone that has a story so similar to ours. Your babies are wonderful, little miracles.

Eden's little spike fits well! They are both so cute. Good luck when you're outdoors! Hugs, donna

I've already posted a comment on this post, but I realized that I didn't give you my son's web site address, it is wwww.littlecharlierocks.com. It is more specific to Charlie's situation, but I thought you would find it interesting. Of course, we have our family blog so you can check us out there too....
