She Did It!

This was taken the day before WalkAmerica, April 27th. I've been meaning to post it for a while. Crawling up the step is a major accomplishment for Eden, and we are SO proud:)

There are additional videos up on You Tube of both Holland and Eden, if anyone is interested. You can see Eden in her pony walker, as well as hear both of them talking. I have just recently gotten into it, so have been putting up videos as I take them, as well as going back through our old ones and adding them.

Enjoy!

  1. I work with children and have met hundreds, but your 2 girls are by far the most amazing, cute children ever. I loved watching the videos, and especially loved hearing their voices, they are so adorable! Your a very lucky lady :)

  2. Billie-
I've been off line for sometime but we finally got hooked up at home. The girls are just too cute and I am happy Eden climbed that major hurdle. I think they look a lot like their great mama. I sure do miss you, Billie.

  5. Your girls are SO cute. I just watched all of the youtube vids, and my favourite by far (other than Eden's milestone, which just made me grin) was Holland and her popsicle. 'Eden needs popsicle'. Always looking out for her twin!

And their talking is so lovely to listen to. I especially love Eden's huge smile and Holland's giggles. Amazing.

Congratulations on having such precious little girls! Here's to toasting Eden's big step!

    :)

  6. Billie,

I really try to stay in lurker mode but almost every day your posts speak to me that I have to respond. I had tears running down my face while watching Eden take this huge step and then her sweet smile just said "don't worry I see you looking at me!" Ah..that is what children are all about. She and Holland are gorgeous.

May you all continue to be Blessed with moments like these.

  8. It is so different getting to see videos of your cute girls and you rather than reading and seeing pictures. They are even more adorable now (if that was possible). I loved all of the videos. Holland is so cute playing with her toys and singing twinkle little star. And YAY for Eden crawling up the step! way to go!

  12. Go Eden, she continues to amaze and inspire us all everyday! The smile in the middle was seriously so cute. I watched all of the videos. I love the pics but it was so wonderful to hear their cute voices.

Some of my fave videos are Eden with the dandelion and them as babies stealing the paci away from each other. How cute is that!!

  13. She works so hard and has made great progress. Eden is one of the happiest, most outgoing, little girls her age I have seen. Usually 2-year-olds are more shy and withdrawn whereas she is right out there showing her beautiful personality to the world.

  18. You know, it’s one thing (and a good thing!) to read your posts and see pictures of the girls, and sort of “get to know them”. Your videos take it to the next level. Especially this one. How wonderful to actually see and hear how hard Eden works, how proud she is of her accomplishment, and how thrilled you are. The icing on the cake is when John scoops her up in a big hug when she makes it. This is definitely the most heartwarming thing I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you so much for sharing these videos. Best wishes to all of you.
