Happy Easter and Happy Birthday Kate!

The girls participated in their very first Easter Egg hunt on Saturday at Grandma Gladys' house. The weather was perfect and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Eden LOVED the basket, and wanted to carry it herself the whole time. You couldn't pry that basket out of her fingers. I would pick up each egg and she would take it in her other hand and put it in the basket. She was very serious about her job of putting eggs in the basket. Holland was more interested in discovering what was inside the eggs, and chewed on each piece of candy with the wrapper still on. They were very cute.

We welcomed another cousin into the world! Kate Isabel was born on April 20th at 12:27am, weighing 7 pounds 6 ounces, 20 inches long. That brings the grand total to 9 grandkids for my parents. I say the more the merrier, but don't look at me for number 10!

How is Eden's hearing going? Cute pictures! What is the most current weight on them.... they dont look too much bigger then Heath, if any... Just wondering.. since Hallie is so darn small... i like to feel that we arent totally alone! Hallie is still in 0-3 month at 15 months old...what about H&E?

Bobbie,
Eden's hearing is going great, except that she now loves to take off her headband to eat her processor. She can take the whole thing apart now, so we're always chasing her around putting it back together and back on her head!

I think Heath is between the two of them in weight. Holland is around 19 pounds, and Eden is about 17.5. And we're quite a bit older than your babies! They are wearing 12-18 month clothes. Most 18 months are big in the waist, but 12 months, especially pants, are too short. These babies are long and skinny! Both girls are eating pretty good now (at least good for them, probably not so good for other babies their age). It's harder for Eden to gain weight because she burn so many calories trying to get around. I hear that's common for kids with CP. So, anyway, you are definitely not alone. I'm waiting for them to hit a growth spurt any day now... We will celebrate the day they hit 20 pounds and we can turn the car seats around! Hopefully it will be before they are three...

Congrats to Brian and Missy!!! Come on Missy you couldn't pop Kate out on the 19th, to match the others (just kidding). I Love the name you agreed on. I'm glad the girls had so much fun on their Easter egg hunt. You may have to have them more frequently in your living room Bill. Looks like it's up to Nick and Sabrina for #10!! Luv Liz

How funny. We just welcomed Kaitlyn's cousin Stella into the world on 4/19/06 also! She lives in CT, so we haven't had a chance to meet her yet. Holland And Eden are so adorable. I hope you are all doing well. Liz M.

I personally think there are 9 "perfect 10s" I'm still trying to get used to not sleeping with one baby! And Billie has her hands full now so what do we need more babies for? I think that Marion should be next...... in 30 or so years:)
Nick.
